धर्म की नीलामी कहाँ तक उचित

बीते दिन की बड़ी धार्मिक खबरों में से एक थी ,जैन धर्म के गुरु राष्ट्रसंत हमेन्द्र सूरीश्वर जी का  निधन ,धर्म को एक बड़ा घाटा हुआ ,जिसकी परिपूर्ति मुश्किल ही नहीं नामुमकिन है! मुद्ददे की बात ये की अगले दिन के समाचार पत्र ने स्वामी की मौत को कैसे उजागर किया ,जैसे मदर टरेसा की मौत पर हुआ होगा ,लोगों ने ढेरों श्रद्धांजलि दी होंगी ,मोमबत्तियां जलाई होंगी ,या किसी और हिन्दू संत की मौत पर होता ,लोग लाखों की भीड़ में इस शव यात्रा में शामिल होते और याद करते एक महान शक्शियत को |
यहाँ जो नजारा देखने को मिला वोह बदला हुआ ही था ,आचार्य जी की मृत देह को ३.३० घंटे तक घुमाया गया ,इसलिए नहीं की आम इंसान को उनके दर्शन लाभ हों बल्कि इसलिए कि १५ करोड़ रुपयों कि बोली लगा  सके उनके क्रियाकर्म के इच्छुक लोगो को इस कार्य का मौका दिया जा सके ,२.३० कि. मी. तक दोल को घुमाया गया उन लोगों को ढूँढने  के लिए जो स्वामी जी के अंतिम संस्कार का हिस्सा  बनना चाहते है  ,वो भी अपना ओहदा ,रुतबा और पैसा दिखाकर, कलयुग में पैसा कुछ भी खरीद सकता है ,लो जैन धर्म में तो पुण्य भी बिक रहा है ,ऐसा लगता है जैसे पुरातन धर्मवादी स्वर्ग में घुसने का प्रमाण पत्र बेंच रहा हो, मेरा सवाल ये कि उन गरीबों का क्या जो पुण्य कमाना चाहते है पर पुण्य खरीदने के लिए उनके पास पैसे नहीं ,नीलामी पृथा के साथ धर्मं गुरु कि देह को सुपुर्दे खाक किया गया ,हिसाब जो अख़बार ने लिखा वोह पढ़कर आम इन्सान कि रूह कांप जाए ,क्यूंकि इतना महंगा पुण्य तो उसकी सात पुश्तें ना खरीद पाएं ,३१ बोलियाँ ,सबसे छोटी बोली १ करोड़ रूपये कि ,जिसमें आचार्य के लोच  संस्कार,स्नान,पहला कन्धा ,अग्नि संस्कार सबको बेंच डाला गया |
यह जैन धर्म कि पुरानी परंपरा बन चुका है जिसे ये धार्मिक नीलामी कहते है ,बड़ा सवाल यह कि जब हमारा देश हाई क्लास,मिडल  क्लास और लो क्लास लोगो से मिलकर बना है ,तो क्या धर्मं के भी इतने टुकड़े करना उचित है ,अमीर हाई क्लास पुण्य को खरीद सकते हैन ,वोह नीलामी में हिस्सा ले सकते है ,और ३ करोड़ १२ लाख १२ हजार १२ सौ १२ रुपयों में करोरो की आस्था का सूत्र अपने नाम कर लेते है ,please  कमेन्ट करें ,की क्यों किसी गरीब या आचार्य भक्त को उन्हें बिना मुद्रा मूल्य के मुखाग्नि देने पर विचार नहीं किया गया |

धार्मिक चोट लगने के लिए मोआफी चाहता हूँ ,मगर क्या जैन धर्मं को ये सब हिंसा नहीं लगता ,मानसिक हिंसा जो लोगों के जेब टटोलकर की जा रही है ,धर्म को निलाम करके की जा रही है ,गरीब को उसका ओछा पन महसूस करा के की जा रही है ,और रहीस को स्वर्ग के दरवाजे की टिकेट बेंच के  की जा  रही है  |

Dear Students ,

                           Business Ethics for Third Semester was completed with all depth and knowledgefull pedagogy all course content have also been provided to the students via http://www.socialdarshan.blogspot.com ,in this sem Yr 2009 , but I am feeling too much regrets from side of someof  my students ,who are claiming that the course has not been covered up by me ,my only question arises here is that if these are those students who gave me 100 % attendance in Business Ethics classes ,or had came to me for any querry ,course content ,cases ,they nor participated in any workshop by me ,I think only 33 % students were there who were attending the classes on daily basis-and they are the only one who can complaint or comment on me  ,and as a pride I will also say that though were Section "C" B.E. Mgmt Students.I want to say only this to all ,if you cant respect some one, please dont try to make him down cause of your mistakes and your faults ,those who have not attended my classes do not have any right to make any comments on me, I do not wish to work in an enviroment where these persons are listened without any base,this was the only reason  I left it ,in future also there is no thought in my mind to join a deseased organization which is having ill employees and students  ,and as I have left the organization please dont try to make me down cause it is wrong in every manner "aap apni galtiyon ke liye doosron ko jimmedar nahin bana sakte ",whoever it is ,although I am responcible for those who have attended my classes in last session ,please mail me on gmail for any querry or comment or any request for downloading contents, This is shamefull and awfull for me as a faculty that I taught this kinda students !

Ethics in Relations-अन्तर प्यार और अपनेपन में_क्या झुंटे रिश्ते जीने चाहिए या उन्हें दफना देना चाहिए ?

हम हमेशा सोचते हैं की हमारे निर्णय सही हैं या नहीं ,हम जो भी कर रहे हैं ,वोह अच्छा या बुरा हैं ,ये माद्दा नहीं रखता ,पर बात तो यह है की हमारा निर्णय सही था या नहीं ,अधिकतर हमारे लिए हुए निर्णय निजी स्वार्थों से प्रेरित होते हैं ,क्या हम सबकी सोचते हैं ,क्या हम अपने पीछे मुड़कर देखता हैं किसिस निर्णय को लेते वक्त, सवाल भी हमारे हैं और जवाब भी हमें ही देने हैं |यह कहानी हैं एक छोटे से रिश्ते के दुखद और सुखद अंत की ,यह कहानी है एक रिश्ते की जो शुरू तो सच के साथ हुआ था पर खत्म हुआ झुंट की बिनाह पर ,यह कहानी है मासूमियत की ,और एक ऐसी सच्चाई की जो ,हम छोटे गाँव में रहने वालों को झुंटे स्वार्थों के साथ मिलकर ,गंदे वातावरण का हिस्सा बना देती है ,जब लोग किसी के अपनेपन को अपनी सस्ती निगाहों से देखते है ,और किसी रिश्ते को कब क्या समझ लेते हैं ,जिसे इस ब्लॉग से तो नहीं बताया जा सकता ,यह शीर्षक समर्पित है एक स्वस्थ और मासूम रिश्ते को ................यह मदद करेगा सही निर्णय लेने में ,अपने stakeholder के concern को सोचने में नाकि निजी स्वार्थों पर झुंटे रिश्तों को जीने के लिए |एक नए प्रोफेशनल को जो अपनों से दूर किसी शहर में नौकरी ,अपने काम ,और अपनी अव्यवस्थित जीवन शैली के साथ जी रहा हो ,कुछ ना कुछ अपनेपन की इच्छा तो होती ही है,वो चाह्ता है की वोह दोस्त बनाये ,नए साथी ,नया जीवन ,अपने अधूरेपन को पुरा करे जो उसे अपनों को छोड़कर मिला है ,और इसी कोशिश में वो कई ऐसे रिश्तों में भी उलझ जाता है जो निरे झुंटे हैं ,जो स्वार्थ की परिपाटी पर बने हुए हैं ,और जो केवल अपना हित पाने के लिए ही बनाये जा रहे हैं ,हाँ यहाँ एक बात जरूर बता दूँ ,की भारत Hippocrates की श्रेणी में आता है,,मतलब कई बार लोग ओछेपन के चलते ,अभावों के चलते ,ग़लत राह अपनाते हैं ,और प्यार और अपनेपन को बदनाम करते हैं ,कई बार तो दोनों को ही एक मान लेते हैं ,यह हर प्रोफेशनल के साथ होता है जो युवा और रिफ्यूजी हो गया हो ,और उसकी लडाई उसके अकेलेपन से उसके दुखो /सुखों /या भविष्य की राह बनती है |
